2. Services Description

Grace Moni LTD provides financial services including but not limited to IPPIS salary-backed loans and peer-to-peer (P2P) lending. All loan products are subject to credit assessment, eligibility criteria, and approval. The information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding loan offer until a formal agreement is signed.

3. Eligibility

To use our loan services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a Nigerian citizen or legal resident, and meet the specific eligibility requirements for each product. IPPIS loans are available exclusively to confirmed Federal Government employees on the IPPIS payroll. P2P services require valid identification, BVN verification, and completion of our KYC process.

4. Loan Terms and Repayment

Loan amounts, interest rates, tenors, and repayment schedules are determined at the time of approval and disclosed in your loan agreement. Interest rates start from 3.99% per month but may vary based on credit assessment. Failure to repay loans as agreed may result in penalties, reporting to credit bureaus, and legal action as permitted by Nigerian law.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmit harmful code, or use the website in any way that could damage or impair its functionality. The loan calculator provides estimates only and does not constitute a loan offer or guarantee of approval.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Grace Moni LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
